We've set up this photo album to display some of our cooking adventures along with some
other pics from our trips back to South Louisiana.

The “Gumbo2Go” company was created by south Louisiana natives J.J. Aucoin and
wife Crystal. While growing up in “bayou country” I was raised on Cajun food prepared from
recipes that were passed down from generations ago.

We also enjoy promoting the flavorful food & culture of south Louisiana. Great pride is taken
in providing our unique “Southern Louisiana style” products to the folks of the people of the
Northwest.
